The three basic tips are: 1). a relentless focus on the bright side, 2) redefining negatives as positives and 3) fast response time . . . energizers don’t dawdle. I guess this means giving up watching the evening news! And not getting upset when everything goes wrong today with the internet gods and you don’t get your daily update out until late in the afternoon!
